I give Becker exteriors five and half stars for the following reasons.

I’m a heavy Highway contractor working with as many as 23 subcontractors at a time on a single project. I have heard it all and recognize a good or bad contractor a mile away!

Becker exteriors worked proactively with us throughout inception, pricing, contract negotiations, dealings with our insurance company (our roof had weather damage), walk through inspections and close out paperwork, through and after completion of our roof.

They assisted us with questions that our insurance carrier had on the weather damages and subsequent roof replacement. The Owner, Chris Becker,  spent more than expected time working after hours to put together information that we needed for the project. When additional information was required, Becker put it together in great detail in an expedited fashion, working after hours to expedite additional documents. During final inspection, they were very understanding about our questions and the very minor concerns that we had which were primarily because of our lack of understanding of roofing installations.

Chris Becker, covered, any questions or concerns or details that we inquired about on the agreement. Chris was personally involved in every critical phase of the project.

Our roof project was on a tight timeline. The Becker Team closely analyzed a difficult window of opportunity and made the installation between heavy rain events, without impacting the integrity of the project. The whole time Chris Becker made us aware of the plan so that our concerns were minimized. Ultimately the Team made the installation timely.

After all work was completed, the Becker  Team followed up with us to make sure that nothing more was needed, and remind us that they were there if we needed anything in the future regarding our roofing removal and replacement installation project.

Highly recommend. I reached out to Becker Exteriors as I needed new gutters on my house. I felt that the price was reasonable for the quality of gutters I was looking for, and Chris and his team completed the job, which included repairs to the fascia on two corners of the house, within a week. From the first time I spoke to Chris it was the easiest and best experience ever. We needed a new roof from a big storm that came thru. Chris and his crew were top notch. Chris and his team were awesome!  Chris came in, gave me an estimate and during the process.  He then found a less expensive way to fix the issue, so it cost me less than the initial estimate.  Becker is saved in my phone.  Seriously.
