We filed a claim and dealt with insurance refusing to cover the roof because there “was no damage on the shingles”. Our roofing company stopped responding and would not work with us or insurance. I contacted Becker exteriors for a second opinion. From the very beginning, Chris was willing to work with me and fight against our insurance. He came out repeatedly for photos and reports, then met with a second insurance adjuster for another review and made sure to point out all the damage and mark it for their own report. With his help and determination we finally got the roof covered by insurance. The company was diligent in communication and cleaned up all of their mess after replacing the roof. I highly recommend researching who you choose to do your roof, and I would choose and recommend Becker Exteriors every single time! Tim was referred to me by another neighbor who worked with him on their roof replacement, and from the first meeting I knew we had the right person and team for the job. Tim inspected our roof and provided me with a review and pictures for working with my insurance company, worked with adjusters, provided estimates, and basically held our hand through the entire process, start to finish. Tim was very professional, very courteous, very responsive, and very knowledgeable! The crews doing the work were the same. I especially appreciated the work they did to protect my shrubs and lawn, and cleanup after the work. We are happy campers!! THANK YOU Tim, and Becker Exteriors and team!
