Long story short, we highly recommend Becker Exteriors - Tim Lever is outstanding: 10/10. What we appreciated most was communication, organization and execution of our projects in a timely manner. Husband appreciated: “Communication and site clean-up (no debris, nails in the yard etc.)” Our experience: Tim with Becker Exteriors communication was exceptional. We’ve worked with multiple contractors in the KC area for 4 different houses various projects over the years including roof and exterior work and our experience with Becker Exteriors is #1. Outstanding in the field. Our neighbors were getting multiple estimates for hail damage. They gave us Tim’s contact info with Becker Exteriors– we heard from Tim promptly. He arrived the next day, climbed the roof and surveyed the damage, chalking out areas of concern and taking pictures. We had not talked with insurance yet, unsure if we would qualify. Tim offered to be present when the adjuster came to do their assessment. At his word, Tim arrived at the same time as our insurance team and Tim advocated for us. I appreciated his expertise; Tim came with reports of dates/times that hail occurred over the last months to show the adjuster and was able to compare reports in person – they even included Tim’s pictures in their report. We were approved and roof supplies were delivered within days. Communication about the delivery and start date was exceptional, including prepping us for potential weather delays – they were spot on! During our roof and gutter project, we decided to paint the exterior too, an add-on project. Tim orchestrated multiple teams (roof demo, paint prep, gutter and roofing team). Our whole project took two days. Two. Flawless! So organized – truly amazing. Multiple teams coming and going – Tim did all the organizing. We even ordered a metal sheet accent for the roof that arrived later than the other materials - the team returned to install same day it arrived. We had two concerns that came up during our project (gutter placement and paint area) that Tim addressed with the teams and resolved immediately. While Tim was a consistent presence during our project – Chris Becker arrived a couple times too – I apricated them being on-site and being able to communicate in person. We highly recommend Becker Exteriors. We will include pictures – while our style is not everyone’s taste – it was exactly what we asked for!
